Fase 2 – Valutare i requisiti essenziali
Ogni normativa UE definisce una serie di “requisiti essenziali” di sicurezza, salute o prestazione. Devi assicurarti che il tuo prodotto:
- sia progettato e fabbricato in conformità
- venga testato con procedure adeguate
- soddisfi i requisiti minimi stabiliti

Fase 3 – Valutare la conformità

Fase 4 – Redigere la documentazione tecnica
Questa è una delle fasi più sottovalutate e delicate. Il fascicolo tecnico (o “technical file”) deve includere:
- Descrizione del prodotto
- Progetti e disegni tecnici
- Elenco norme tecniche applicate
- Test e prove effettuate
- Procedure di controllo qualità
- Manuali, etichette e avvertenze
📂 Il fascicolo deve essere conservato per almeno 10 anni e mostrato su richiesta delle autorità.
Fase 5 – Redigere e firmare la dichiarazione di conformità
L’ultimo step è redigere la Dichiarazione di Conformità CE, che certifica che il prodotto rispetta tutte le normative europee applicabili.
Deve includere:
- Dati del produttore o importatore
- Descrizione del prodotto
- Direttive/Regolamenti applicati
- Norme armonizzate seguite
- Data e firma del responsabile

E infine… apponi il marchio CE!
Una volta completati tutti gli step precedenti, puoi apporre fisicamente la Marcatura CE sul prodotto, sull’etichetta o sull’imballaggio. Deve essere:
- visibile, leggibile e indelebile
- alta almeno 5 mm
- conforme al logo ufficiale CE
⚠️ Apporre il marchio senza aver seguito l’intera procedura è un reato, e può portare a sanzioni gravissime.
